  1. From the home screen, select start.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Accounts.
  4. Select Sign-in options.
  5. Select Change PIN.
  6. Enter the required fields and select OK.

  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy & security.
  4. Select Find my device.
  5. Select the switch to enable or disable Find my device.
  1. From the home screen, select start.
  2. Start typing 'Windows Security' in the search bar and select the Windows Security application.
  3. Select Virus & threat protection.
  4. Select Scan options.
  5. Select Full scan, and once you're ready to start the scan, select Scan now.
  1. On your infected computer, visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9905 and download the file in your desired language.
  2. Once the download is complete, the tool should automatically open to begin the process. If it does, skip ahead to step 6. If it doesn't, click on the Windows icon in your start bar.
  3. Click documents.
  4. Click Downloads.
  5. Click on the download.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click the Full scan option.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Once complete, the progress window will indicate whether the software found and removed malware, or whether your computer was completely free of malware. Click Finish.
