  4. Select Speech.
  5. Select the drop down under Speech language.
  6. Select the language you'd like to use.

  5. Select the drop down next to Country or region.
  6. Select the country you'd like to use.

  4. Select Date & time.
  5. Set the switch next to Set the time zone automatically to Off.
  6. Select the drop down next to Time zone.
  7. Select the time zone you'd like to use.
