Stop downloads on metered connections
  1. From the home screen, select start.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Network & internet.
  4. Select Data usage.
  1. From the home screen, select start.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Bluetooth & devices.
  4. Select Devices.
  5. Select the switch to Off next to Download over metered connections.
