Customer Care Agent

Webmaster

Job Description:
Webmaster is fully responsible for the daily operation of the ABS website. ABS Webmaster must possess vast skills and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure all updates/changes are done on time. Continuously finding ways to improve design and function, the ABS Webmaster is responsible for ensuring a flawless operation and must correct any found problems quickly and efficiently. Should always be searching for ways to increase traffic/sales.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a very creative way of thinking.  This is very useful for creative design, as well as creative writing.
  • Should be some what involved within the Computer Gaming Industry, and should have a basic knowledge of a Computer’s operation.
  • Be ready to work in a fast paced environment, and must be prepared to complete many time-sensitive projects within the allotted time frame
  • Multi-tasking skill is a must.
  • Must pass a 30-minute Design and Proof-reading Test.
  • Have a good sense of general marketing tactics, and must execute research to find what the target audience wants to see.
  • Must be a team player and also be able to handle certain responsibilities and make certain decisions personally.
  • Be very computer-savvy and have 2 to 3 years professional experience with required programs.

Must know software on the PC Platform.  Knowledge in Mac Format is a plus. 2-3 years related work experience desired. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must poses basic measurement and geometry knowledge for setting proper dimensions within design. Must be proficient in Adobe suite, Macromedia suite, and Microsoft office tools for compiling reports and presentations.

Customer Care Agent

Graphic Designer

Job Description:
ABS Graphic Designer is responsible for all business related graphic design including but not limited to corporate ID, packaging, letter head, business cards, print ads and online graphics.  May be required to participate in online design and other interactive media.

Qualifications:

  • Must be very organized and detail oriented.
  • Have a good graphic design background with good knowledge and training about how to properly design graphics and prints ads to the target audience.
  • Multi-tasking is a definite requirement and must be able to balance several projects at once.
  • Must pass a 30-minute Design and Proof-reading Test.
  • Knowledge of all design aspects including both web and print design for design assistance to the team.
  • A self-starter and a team player.
  • Knowledgeable in printing and crafts to ensure the quality of print outcome and packaging prototypes.

The position of Customer Care Agent encompasses skills and duties in the following areas: (Customer Service, Entry Level Technical Support, Pre-Sales Support, and Quality Control)

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Create RMA # for customers
Create sales orders for customers
Credit back for shipping fee & returned items
Fill out Shipping form to international & APO address
Verify all orders
Issue FedEx claims
Handle fraud orders
Handle customer problems
Reroute package to different addresses
Deal with lost merchandise
Reply customer emails
Answer customer calls

Technical Support, Pre-Sales Support, and Quality Control require an intermediate level of technical knowledge and agents are expected to handle Tier-1 technical support questions before they are escalated to a higher level supervisor. Candidates should be familiar with the latest computing technologies from both a software and a hardware side to be able to provide pre-sales advice to incoming customer calls. Agents must also be able to do Quality Control duties and have knowledge of technical testing procedures and lab environments.

Decision what new product we should choose and develop.

New product preparation.

Launch new product:

New product launch schedule to R&D, Marketing and his assistant-buyer.

Product adjustment:

According the sales volume reports tech support/Repair report and market research, do product adjustment report per month. Including the product line up adjustment, price adjustment, market orientation adjustment, product image adjustment and so on.

Product end of life management:

Make key decisions on product life cycles and when to place products on End Of Life (EOL).

sale account manager ABS Sales Account Manager

Job Description:

Account manager is responsible for sales volume and gross margin of ABS sales.
Develop new corporate accounts and maintain existing accounts.
Meet the minimum requirement on sales volume and margin.
Daily sales activities such as prepare quotes and bids, type and manage orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Research and evaluate new methods to increase revenue such as trade shows or marketing promo.

Duties:

  • Develop new corporate accounts.
  • Maintain existing accounts.
  • Generate revenue through corporate users, companies, school, and government.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that customer's needs are meet.
  • Prepare quotes and or bids.
  • Type orders and manage orders throughout the process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Accounting department to assist the customer in developing Net terms.
  • Research and evaluate new methods to increase revenue. This may include Trade Shows, marketing promotions, etc
  • Prepares weekly sales recap reports.
  • Resolve customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service, and financial services. 
  • Proactively share sales strategies with peers
